Who are the Spaghetti Zombies? Where did they come from and why are they singing about monsters? And further more...how did a horror punk band originate in the small rural town of Ida?

Well...Spaghetti Zombies started out with ex-members from two different local bands; AOMS (Ben, Nick, and Drew) and One Inch Brigade (Chris). Ben, Nick, and Chris happened to be brothers. When the members left their old bands and started SZ, they decided to follow in the footsteps of the Misfits and the Ramones with an old-school/horror punk sound...and specialized in Misfits covers.

After a while, SZ decided to broaden their horizons and travel down the ska/surf road. Surprisingly, the fans of SZ seemed to enjoy the new sound the band brought to the shows. For a time, SZ was satisfied with old-school punk, ska, and surf...but alas, times were a changing and the band still wasn't finished tuning up there band. So...Johnny Cash was introduced into the mix.

SZ began to do a few Cash covers and made a few country western-horror songs of their own. Once again, the fans "dug it" and SZ was happy. To this day, SZ plays everything from old-school horror punk to country western horror...and plans on adding new material...

Skele-Tori, the newest SZ member, was recently introduced as the new SZ drummer. A band line-up change was needed after the original guitarist, Drew, had to leave the band. As a result, Nick, who was the original bassist...moved to guitar...and Chris, who was the original drummer, moved to bass. Ben is still lead singer.

Spaghetti Zombies have a full length album out, "Spaghetti Zombies - One More Empty Grave," which has twelve tracks and features, "In The Graveyard," "Monster Commercial," and "Mary Crypt." In addition, SZ has shirts available and is planning on making new stickers in the future.
