Kicking Jimmy started when Kevin Kalnasy and Corey Gibson left their old bands and jammed. It was an apparent success. They were quickly joined by a trumpet player named Doug. Kicking Jimmy worked hard to find a guitarist, bassist, and vocalist suitable to their musical styling. Their problems were solved when they found Kyle Kalnasy to play guitar for them. Jake and Dave joined soon after. Then, after complications, Doug was discharged from the band. Collin jumped aboard on trumpet. Then Ryan flew in with his barry and alto saxes and we were happy. Viola.
